About OffMarketLaunch

OffMarketLaunch is a marketplace for off-market real estate. Wholesalers list the deals they have under contract; investors whose buy box fits hear about them the same day and make offers here. It is run by OffMarketLaunch LLC.

How we keep it honest

• Sellers are reviewed. A wholesaler's listings come to us first until we approve their business.
• Contracts are checked, not claimed. An uploaded purchase agreement is read and its address and buyer matched against the listing before it earns a badge.
• Everyone carries a record. What a wholesaler posted, assigned, closed and canceled sits beside their listings, next to what buyers said.
• Texts are asked for. Nobody is texted who did not turn texts on, every text says how to stop, and STOP ends them everywhere.
• Buyers never pay. Not to join, not to look, not to offer.

What we are not

We are not a broker and take no part in the sale. Every figure on a listing is the seller's own estimate. Check the property and your numbers before you buy.
