Address, your numbers, photos, the title company, and the signed purchase agreement: until your first deal closes here, each listing needs one that passes our check. Paste the deal text you already send and it fills the form in for you to check. Listing is free.
We review your first listings
Until we approve your business, each listing comes to us first, usually the same day. After that yours publish straight away.
It goes to every buyer whose box fits
Not only the buyers you brought: every investor on the site whose buy box matches gets it once, by an email under your business name and logo, or by text if they turned texts on. It goes automatically when the listing goes live, and while we open you can also send it from Campaigns when you choose, and see who it reaches, and who is left out and why, before it goes.

Offers ranked strongest first, questions answered, walkthroughs confirmed, the outcome recorded. You hear about an offer by email, and by text if you want.

Can I bring my own buyers?
Yes. Add them or import a spreadsheet onto your list. We don't text people you add; share your own sign-up link instead, and whoever signs up through it lands on your list and gets your deals.
What does a buyer see?
Anyone sees the city, ZIP and your numbers. A signed-in buyer sees the address, the photos, your comparable sales and your record, with a calculator for flips and rentals.
What is my record?
What you posted, assigned, closed and canceled, how long your deals take, and what buyers said after an accepted offer. It sits beside every listing you put up.
Is the contract checked?
When you upload the purchase agreement it is read once, and the address and the buyer on it are matched against the listing. That is the only way a deal earns the Contract on file badge. Until your first deal closes here, a listing needs one that passes to go up; one the check can't read goes to a reviewer first.
What does it cost?
Nothing, while we open. Listing is free, and for now so is everything the paid plan has: answering offers and questions, the buyers' details, Buy now, documents and sending from Campaigns. Deal texts to buyers are 100 a month for each wholesaler, and email to buyers has no limit. If that changes, you hear by email 30 days before; then the paid plan is $99 a month, or $990 a year, billed through PayPal.
