TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
Text message terms
Last updated October 7, 2026
OffMarketLaunch is operated by OffMarketLaunch LLC. These terms describe the text messages OffMarketLaunch sends, what you agreed to when you gave us a mobile number, and how to stop them. They are written to match what the system actually does.
Who is texting you
OffMarketLaunch LLC sends these messages and is responsible to you for this program — not the wholesalers who list on the site, and not the software or the carrier that deliver them.
What you agreed to
There are three separate things, and giving us one is not giving us another.
- Confirming your number. Before you can make an offer, ask for a walkthrough, or publish a listing, we text you a 6-digit code and you type it back. We may also ask for your number right after you sign in; you can choose Not now. This proves the number reaches you, because whoever ends up across the table from you has that number and nothing else. Confirming your number does not sign you up for deal texts or offer texts.
- Deal texts. A separate tick box, never pre-ticked, which you can leave alone. Ticking it is your consent to be texted about listings that match the buying criteria you set. You can also agree by text: reply YES when a text of ours, answering one you sent us first, asks for it. Texting us your price range and zip codes saves your buying criteria; it does not sign you up.
- Offer texts. If you list properties, another separate box, never pre-ticked. Ticking it is your consent to a text when someone makes an offer on one of your listings.
If a wholesaler added your number to their list, we do not text you because of it. They may send you our sign-up link; you get deal texts only if you sign up and agree yourself. Tapping a link in one of our texts signs you in and signs you up for nothing. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying or selling anything here.
What we send
- One-time codes, when you are confirming a number. These go out straight away, whatever the hour, because a code you get tomorrow is no use.
- Deal texts, when a listing matches your buying criteria, if you agreed to them.
- Messages about your own deal - that a wholesaler answered your question, a reply to your offer, a confirmed walkthrough time. We write these texts; anything the wholesaler wrote stays on the site, and the text links to it. If you are listing and ticked the box, a text when someone makes an offer on one of your listings.
- One confirmation when you turn deal texts or offer texts on.
How often
You choose, and you can change it any time from your settings or by replying to a text:
- One per deal - a text for each new listing that matches your criteria. Reply EACH.
- One a day - everything new in a single text each morning. Reply DIGEST.
- Paused - keep your criteria, send nothing. Reply PAUSE.
How many you get depends entirely on how many listings match what you asked for. Narrow criteria may mean no texts for weeks. Alerts are sent between 9 am and 7 pm in your local time; anything that comes due outside those hours waits. Codes and messages about a deal you are already in are not held back.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text and we stop every text to that number, buying and listing alike. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT do the same thing. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
A STOP ends texts, and only texts. Deal emails keep coming while they are on in your settings, and every one has a link to stop them; push alerts keep coming on the devices where you turned them on, until you turn them off there.
Stopping is kept on the number, not on a session, so it holds even if you sign in again or make a new account. To get texts again, text START or UNSTOP from the same phone to the number our texts come from. Those two words work on every kind of number we text from; other words may not. Ticking a box on the website does not undo a STOP; only a text from that handset does.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and carrier. OffMarketLaunch does not charge you for these texts. Buyers never pay OffMarketLaunch anything.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send through Twilio; delivery depends on your carrier and your handset.
Which numbers work
US mobile numbers. Landlines and internet phone numbers do not reliably receive text messages, so give us a mobile.
Your information
What we do with your number and the rest of your details is in the Privacy Policy. The short version for texting: we do not sell your number, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.
